Soccer Camp

And Tanner sure does LOVE this sport!! He and his friend Michael are in a week long camp from 9-2 at Sprinker in Parkland. So his first week of summer he has to get up at 7:30 am to get ready. About a half an hour away. But he is enjoying it!!Day 3 was goalie day...so these boys were ready!!

NICE REACH TAN!!PROTECTING THE GOAL
And he makes an amazing catch!!Today, their coaches played a game against each other...Team USA against Norway...so in the spirit of things~out came the face paint and hair color! Tanner's hair was striped...red, white and blue, but it's hard to see in this picture. Unfortunately....Norway beat USA 5-4...pretty close game though!

This is Coach Matt...both boys really like him. He and Coach Danni are the boys coaches! Stay tuned for the final day tommorrow and the WORLD CUP! Tanner's country is Brasil...and he is super excited! They play all the other teams tommorrow, can't wait to watch!

Jaycee and Ellie

On the 22nd of April, Jaycee officially bought her own hamster...and her name is Ellie. She is a fluffy little thing, and she makes Jaycee extremely happy! These pictures are taken a month later...May 30th and she is adapted quite well to her surroundings!!
And I just love this picture!!!!

Tanner's 1st Year in the Minor League

And we graciously sponsored his team this year! Tanner was excited to have his Dad's business (Center Collisiion) printed on his shirt. We had shirts, hats and warm-up jackets printed for the team, and they looked sharp!

Here's our team and 3 coaches

Tanner got to pick his number, and since he LOVES Ken Griffey...he chose his number 24,...and very appropriate since
Griffey retired this year!!
Our team with their jackets on...minus 1 boy who forgot his...there's always 1!

Tanner's up to bat!
We have such fun Parent's on our team...it's always sad when it's over! Tanner had a good time this year, our team was a younger team, so we didn't have the greatest stats, but all in all he's glad he moved up to minor's!

The best DAD!

This is the guy~ He's a pretty amazing Dad!!
And we kinda like him!
We gave him this card that had this button on it (cheesy I know!) It says Wear this button to show your position of authority in the family..."I'm the boss". Then inside the card it reads "But don't forget to give it back to MOM tommorrow!!"

Tanner grillin' Dad a big ole' fatty rib eye steak!
A great day!!

Whoa..I'm behind!!

Gotta be better at this blogging thing!! Kev and I went to Maui the 23-30th of April, and it was AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVED Maui!! It was 7 days of absolute PARADISE!!We met up with some friends of ours from St. George Ut. Greg and Shay Lund, and it was so nice to have another couple to hang out in the evenings with. We did our own things during the day, then met up at night....so much fun!!I love all the trees, leaves, (look at the leaves on this tree for example!) and the scenery of this place...I couldn't soak it in enough...nor could we see everything there is to see here...we will definately be coming back to visit again!!
So....I really do love my life...my dear husband, and my sweet Family!! We are so blessed to be able to travel and be active in the things we choose to do together!!
